The most important lesson from this book is that social mia is not something you do on the side for a (mium) large company. Budget must be made available to put together a team, and advertising budget must be shift to this team. Social care is an important part of this team and must be approach differently than traditional customer care. And perhaps most importantly: the social mia strategy must be interwoven in and support by the entire company. Only in this way can you become as good at social mia as the great example in the Netherlands for many: KLM.
